Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

*You can submit refund requests within 90 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

Our Free Shipping Process: 

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order in our system and that your credit card has been pre-authorized for the transaction.

Next, we will promptly check the availability of the item(s) you ordered from our suppliers. If the item is in stock, we will proceed with processing your payment and preparing your order for shipment. However, if the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization on your credit card and notify you via email.

If your item(s) are ready for dispatch, we will finalize the charges and begin the shipment process within five business days from the date of your order. Once your order is dispatched, you can expect to receive it within a delivery window of up to seven days. In rare circumstances, this delivery window may extend to 14 days.

If six business days have passed since your order was dispatched and you haven't received any tracking details from us, please contact us at support@luxrecoverylabs.com for further assistance.

Please note that there may be occasional unforeseen delays in delivery once your order is handed over to our shipping partner. If such a situation arises, we will promptly inform you. If you choose to cancel your order due to any delays, we have a comprehensive refund policy that you can refer to.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
